Prof Purnendu Mandal is a senior academic with teaching, research and consulting experiences over 30 years in four continents (Europe, Australia, Asia and North America). He taught in UK, India, Australia and USA. Professor Mandal held several senior executive offices and corporate positions in education sector. Professor Mandal maintains a strong research and publication portfolio in inter-disciplinary areas including business technologies (IT/IS, SAP, computer simulations), supply chain management (modelling and simulation), system dynamics modelling, manufacturing/operations management, and business logistics. He published more than 150 journals and conference papers (refereed). Professor Mandal is consulted widely in private and public sectors and has received several research grants. He has served in many professional organizations in various capacities, organized international conferences, delivered keynote addresses and participated in panel discussions in numerous occasions
