New Features in Oracle 9i

This eDocument seeks to actually evaluate the new new features introduced in Oracle 9i Release 2, rather than just list them and tell you how wonderful they are (we have marketing brochures for that). Plenty of practical, worked examples are used to demonstrate each new capability, and each is then assessed for its pros and cons.
